As president Glenn maintains the vision of the company – to continue in a tradition of excellence. Since 1996, Glenn has captained the company into a new era of excellence with the development of a highly efficient operation and top-notch crew of skilled craftsmen.

Scott KikuyamaLead Estimator
Scott has 30 years of experience in the painting industry, including estimating, field supervision, and project management. Work includes private commercial, institutional, and residential projects, plus State, Federal, and City & County projects. Specializing in hotel renovations, multi-family/high rise repaints, high/mid end retail, medical facilities, and design/build projects.
Russell has been working with the company for a year and has been working as a painting estimator for over 20 years [Commercial and Industrial]. Finding a home at MShiroma, he hopes to be working with the company until retirement.
Alex is in training as an estimator for M. Shiroma under Russell Pelayan and Scott Kikuyama; learning painting pricing for commercial, residential, high/mid-rise and hotels.
Jeremy DuartePainting Superintendent
Jeremy has been with MShiroma for over 15 years working his way up from Painting Apprentice for Glenn; to now overseeing all of our Painting and Wall-Covering projects from Commercial, Government, Residential-Tract, to Residential, Hotel, and High-Rise on all of the islands. It is rewarding to see our company be so multi-faceted. He strives to teach our younger guys, while still taking in the knowledge from our seasoned crew members.
Eden JaraOffice Manager
Eden has been with MShiroma’s Office staff since 2001, starting as a Payroll Clerk, learning the ins and outs of the Union, tax, etc. paperwork. Understanding Construction works and terminology over the years she has worked her way up to Office Manager. In this fast pace, day to day changing environment she thrives under pressure to keep all parts of the company running smoothly, keeping man-power, superintendents, and management staff happy with accounting and all logistics planning. Never forgetting the importance of the relationships with our customer, sub-contractors, and vendors; she keeps them happy with her organization and timely administration.
Dawn YamamotoPayroll Clerk
Dawn has only been with MShiroma for a year, but has 20+years of experience in Construction Accounting and specifically payroll. Doing Union work is a challenge with all the paperwork and requirements but also very rewarding at the end of the day when she assists in finalizing a project well done.
Dale has over 35 years in the construction industry working in various capacities both in the field and office. Working on many single and multi-family dwelling as a carpenter, foreman, pm, and estimator. As one of our newest members to our team, he submits proposals as accurate as possible to give the client the best price conceivable, often value engineering items post award with his multitude of experience in the industry.
Tabbi ClevelandProject Manager
Tabbi has been in commercial construction, mostly retail, for 18 years. She has managed projects extending the gamut of ground up to luxury retail; from the Mississippi River East and currently in Hawaii. So many things have changed and it keeps getting better and more efficient. She is so excited to see what comes next with the experienced team here at M Shiroma, working on so many different projects and pitching in to see our venture through to completion. She feels it satisfying to look back at what we have accomplished.
Rendy GismundoCarpentry - G/C Superintendent
Rendy has been involved in all facets of Union construction for 20+ years, starting as a kid with his uncles and has worked on many different types of construction projects in Hawaii. Being involved in tract single family and multi-family residential, custom homes from simple to luxury, military construction, institutional facilities and utility works in the field has given him the oversite to lead our field crews. Now for the last 6 years at MShiroma, he supervises man-power, logistics, and field operations for our General Construction and Carpentry Divisions.
